Customer Service Representatives
One of the most valued positions in our company. CSRs are our front line, speaking to customers on behalf of our clients. When our agents meet their expectations and are able to bring the right solutions, everyone thrives.
They are responsible for the day-to-day activity and development of several agents within a call center environment. The Team Supervisor is responsible for ensuring call quality from start to finish and pro-actively seeks ways to improve the internal processes and results for the agents under their development.
They are responsible for managing multiple units while keeping their primary focus placed on client performance. Operations Managers are responsible for directly managing and supporting several Team Supervisors and their agents.
