Yes, training is always paid. We offer paid training for both our part-time and full-time positions.
All ERC employees are evaluated on an annual basis for pay increase opportunities.

There may be some opportunities available for night training, depending on the need. Please make sure to mention this during your interview process if you prefer a night training schedule.
Yes, you are welcome to switch from Part Time to Full Time. Please let the recruiters know you would like to switch prior to your on-boarding.
