ERC’S CPO, KIM HOWELL, RECEIVES GPHR CERTIFICATION
The Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification is given to those individuals who have a proven expertise in HR, work across international lines, and have a deep understanding of how to handle the responsibility of managing employees and following guidelines in different countries. It is considered one of the highest standard for demonstrated HR competencies, rigor and commitment in the HR field. There are fewer than 3,000 people actively certified globally – and we’re incredibly proud to announce that our very own Chief People Officer, Kim Howell, has recently passed the exam to receive her GPHR certification. Kim adds this recent accreditation to her current SPHR certification, further demonstrating her commitment to lifelong learning and career investment.
Since the beginning of her tenure at ERC, Kim has been a staunch champion of employees, rolling out programs designed to empower them and set them on the path to success. For instance, ERC University was implemented under her leadership, and has become a popular hub for employees to learn new skills and further develop existing ones. Kim also spearheaded the globalization of our Talent Management and Talent Development departments, thus allowing ERC to meet the needs of employees around the world.
