ERC SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM MEETING AND WHAT THE SECOND HALF OF 2019 WILL BRING FOR THE ORGANIZATION
Last week, all of ERC’s senior leaders from across the world came to Florida for a mid-year meeting; a chance to share progress updates about 2019 initiatives and continue short- and long-term planning for more growth and expansion on the horizon.
The day-long session features presentations from across all of ERC’s departments and lines of business, including recovery, quality assurance, outsourcing, workforce management, finance, marketing, talent development, business operations, and legal and compliance.
Since it last held a Senior
Leadership Team (SLT) meeting in December 2018, ERC has embarked on an active
expansion plan, recently opening its second location in the Dominican Republic.
The meeting offered updates about the company’s continued expansion plans, the
rollout of the company’s virtual assistant, EVA, and how to further bolster
results for our clients through development and deployment of machine learning
and artificial intelligence. Along with highlighting specific company goals and
objectives that have been reached, the SLT meeting also offered ERC the
opportunity to tout its philanthropic and charitable efforts across the world.
