Every December, ERC’s entire senior leadership team, both domestic and international, gathers together for a meeting of the minds, also known as the yearly Senior Leadership Team (“SLT”) meeting. This year’s domestic meeting focused on several important topics including: all of the great work that ERC departments have done this year, the goals the team has for the coming year, and how to overcome any potential hurdles or challenges that may arise. “The SLT meetings are without a doubt my favorite meetings of the year,” says ERC’s CEO, Marty Sarim. “Not only does it allow us to truly measure growth in our company, it also helps us develop a robust strategy as we enter into the next stage of development and expansion.” Technological innovation remains pivotal to ERC’s continued success. Artificial intelligence and machine learning took center stage at this year’s meeting, as we identified areas where the implementation of these advanced technologies would help us improve our processes and further optimize the services that we provide to our customers. This furthers our position as a technology-driven BPO, in which our utilization of these complex tools far outpaces the rest of the industry. Because of the beneficial and profound impact that training programs have had on our employees, we will be expanding our performance enhancement training teams in 2019 to further improve and enhance our workforce. This is just one of the many ways in which we will continue to demonstrate our commitment to our employees in 2019. 2019 holds many exciting developments and challenges for us.
