ERC Named Central American Company of the Year by the Latin American Quality Institute

ERC is excited to announce it was named the Central American company of the year in the Business Processing Outsourcing category by the Latin American Quality Institute.

The LAQI is a private non-profit organization, founded in Panama City, whose purpose is to promote the competitiveness of Latin American companies and organizations, promoting a culture of responsibility and education throughout Latin America. The association promotes the value of fair trade, sustainable development, and educational excellence through its Latin American Excellence Model (LAEM).

ERC received the award in mid-July at LAQI’s Central America Quality Summit 2019, which was held in Panama City, Panama. The honor was awarded to ERC for its work in the Business-Process Outsourcing (BPO) category. The award is a significant stamp of approval on ERC’s operations in the Dominican Republic.

ERC provides a broad range of call center and customer engagement services on an outsourced basis for clients, with offices in the United States, the Dominican Republic, and South Africa.

“We are excited to be recognized by the Latin American Quality Institute for the great work we are doing,” said Jose Gonzalez, Executive Vice President with ERC. “ERC is committed to the sustainable development of its operations in the Dominican Republic and around the world; it is humbling to receive such an honor.”

The award was bestowed on ERC’s operation in the Dominican Republic, which maintains offices in the cities of Santo Domingo and San Isidro. It is a testament to the great work that ERC is doing in the Dominican Republic for its employees and on behalf of its clients. ERC is incredibly proud of the efforts that went into being recognized for this award and is grateful to all those whose dedication and passion went into making it possible.
