For seven consistent years, ERC, a rapidly growing full-service customer experience contact provider headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, celebrates Three Kings Day in the Dominican Republic by giving back to children in need. “We will continue our mission to be socially responsible with our community, this includes school supplies, recreational and training activities. We feel so honored to bring joy and smiles to 2,700+ children from 15 different charities.” said José Gonzalez, Executive Vice President. ERC’s goal was to double last year’s total amount of toys donated at this year’s event, and they did just that therefore covering all kids in the selected orphanages, hospital and/or communities. An additional activity was held during an entertaining, educational and integrating evening in the Trampoline Museum, where around 130 infants from the foundations Luces en el Camino, Nueva Vida en Cristo and Blessed One, participated. ERC knows that giving is not only about making a donation, it’s about making a difference. “To brighten the day of a child, to bring a smile to their face even if for only a brief moment, is worth it over and over and over again. There is something much bigger here, connecting with the local community and making the choice to give back and do what is right is paramount to our company mission”, commented Matt Charles, Chief Operating Officer of ERC International.   About ERC ERC is an international BPO and a full service, end-to-end provider for every aspect of the customer lifecycle. Across seven locations, we are one powerful team, dedicated to delivering the best customer experience and results possible on behalf of our clients. It’s not a mission statement. It’s an unwavering commitment from each one of us.
